Justin McGillis has served as the Assistant to the Minister of Discipleship and Administration at Spring Valley Baptist Church since 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Religion at Liberty University’s Rawlings School of Divinity.

Before joining the church staff, Justin served 25 years in the United States Air Force. His passion is to support church leaders and help the people of Spring Valley Baptist deepen their walk with Christ.

Justin cherishes time with his wife, Michelle, and their six children. As a family, they enjoy watching their kids compete in sports, grow into adulthood, and grow in their faith.
